Milk and Dairy Products are important to the diet. We use only the finest quality Fat Free Organic milk in our Dog Treats.Our milk is farm-fresh certified organic skim milk. The water is removed so it contains less than 5% moisture and less than 1.5% milk fat. A low-heat drying method is used that preserves its nutritional value and yields a superior, rich taste.

     History:

        Animal Milk is first known to have been used as human food at the beginning of animal domestication. Cow's milk was first used in the Middle East between 9000- 8000 B.C. Around 7000 B.C., cattle were being herded in Turkey. There is also evidence of milk consumption in the British Isles during the Neolithic Period.
