Honey

Honey is the only food that includes all the substances necessary to sustain  life, including water. It never spoils, so no need to refrigerate. It can be  stored indefinitely at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

       Honey contains Vitamins, minerals, and Amino Acids and is a wonderful Beauty aid  that nourishes the skin and hair. It acts as an antibacterial and antifungal  agent and helps disinfect & speed the healing process in wounds, scrapes and  burns.

     History:
       Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King  Tut and it was still edible since honey never spoils. In Ancient Egypt, taxes  were paid with it.

In Ancient Rome, Physicians used honey to help their patients  fall asleep. And in 1804, Napoleon used the Bee as a symbol of his empire. It  Stood for Industry, Efficiency and Productivity.
